Employers Brunch at Central European University

We have very positive experience with hiring CEU students and alumni. It was a great pleasure of us to participate at the CEU Employers Brunch, this morning. The CEU Career Services team presented their innovative services to partner organizations, then we had a great discussion about cooperation opportunities.

Located in the heart of Budapest (to three minutes walking distance from the local offices of Innotica Group), CEU is one of the most international universities in the world, having approximately 1,400 students and 370 faculty members from more than 130 countries. It is accredited in both the United States and Hungary, and offers English-language Master's and doctoral programs in the social sciences, the humanities, law, management and public policy.

Cooperation with Almaty Management University

Dr. Zoltán Csedő, Managing Partner of Innotica Group has just returned from Almaty Management University, Kazakhstan. He was Visiting Professor in Change Management and Strategic Management, as well as discussed business development opportunities with the leadership team of Almaty Management University, as well as other local partners and clients.

Almaty Management University is a leading business education and research institution in Central Asia, having more than 3,000 students and 277 academic staff. Its mission is to train a new generation of socially-responsible business leaders in Central Asia, with reliance on international integration, business cooperation and the energy of creative and proactive team of professionals, aiming at bringing personal success to clients, partners and staff.

Innotica Partners at the Steering Wheels

Dr. Zoltán Csedő and Mr. Zoltán Sára, Managing Partners of Innotica Group, are both passionate sailors. They recently participated at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) Alumni Sailing Weekend. They enjoyed very much meeting members of the outstanding alumni community and reconnecting with fellow alumni.

The LSE is one of the foremost social science universities in the world. The international LSE alumni community comprises more than 125,000 people drawn from almost 200 countries. Innotica Group also engages in supporting several initiatives of the LSE alumni community. Innotica has recently developed and currently operates and maintains the alumni portal

Innotica Group Is Developing Online Courses For 22 500 Engineers

The summer months are quite busy at Innotica Group offices. 22 500 engineers are looking forward to start their professional learning and development programs based on our online courses, from September. We are currently developing the complex online learning program according to the highest methodological standards. 

Mr. Zoltán Sára, Managing Partner was also participating at the first day of video production, this morning. Many short videos with industry experts are going to enrich the numerous e-books, e-learning modules, interactive tasks and case studies.

Knowledge Matters: Regional Automotive & Aerospace Workshop

In the run up to the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix, we participated at the Regional Automotive & Aerospace Workshop, hosted by the British Embassy in Budapest, aiming to introduce insights and business opportunities in the CEE region (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) within the automotive and aerospace industries.

It was a great opportunity to get first hand overview about industry trends and outlooks, to meet industry leader OEMs, as well as Formula 1 celebrities and team members.

The workshop participants agreed that major drivers of growth within the global automotive and aerospace industries are:

  • Knowledge management and knowledge workers
  • Multidisciplinary teams
  • Talent and creativity

The automotive industry in the CEE region:

  • Has a turnover of approx. EUR 150 billion
  • Has increased its output by 170% between 2009-2014
  • Has produced approx. 3.5 million vehicles in its 44 OEMs
  • Contributes an average of 10% to the CEE countries GDP

The Workshop's special guest was Wing Commander Andy Green, who introduced the Bloodhound SuperSonic Car project, which will attempt to set a new World Land Speed Record at 1000mph.
